Alaimo Associates is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its office in Mount Holly, NJ: Perform engineering duties as related to the design and installation of HVAC systems; be knowledgeable of building code, ASHRAE, and applicable design standards. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering degree, and 3 years’ experience in the job offered or any related occupation to include: 3 years’ experience designing water piping and air distribution systems; 3 years’ experience working with building codes, ASHREA design standards, and AutoCAD; 3 years’ experience designing HVAC systems beginning with program analysis and proposals, and progressing through design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration; and 3 years’ experience precisely calculating heating and cooling loads for various types of buildings.
